    摘要:

    面向风云三号E星(FY-3E)风场测量雷达(wind radar,WindRAD)海面风场数据精度分析的需求,此文利用浮标站实地观测、数值预报模式和同类卫星观测多源数据,多维度评估全风速情况下的FY-3E WindRAD风场产品质量。利用三重匹配(triple collocation,TC)分析方法,同时分析4个风速独立观测源的加性、乘性和随机误差。从综合分析结果来看,以浮标作为无偏观测源,加性误差方面FY-3E WindRAD的C波段风速产品存在略高的负偏差,Ku和双波段产品偏差水平近似,C波段乘性误差最优,3个产品随机误差相近。各独立观测源相比,浮标的均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)最小,数值预报模式的RMSE最大,2种卫星产品介于其中,且二者精度相近。综上,FY-3E WindRAD产品能够提供较高精度的风场观测,目前存在的问题主要是需继续优化3个产品数据集的一致性。此文基于多源数据的卫星产品精度分析,能够为卫星产品用户提供较为全面的可靠性信息,并为数值模式预报海上风场的客观订正方法提供依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on the needs for accurate analysis of the wind field data of the wind radar (WindRAD) onboard Fengyun-3E (FY-3E), this paper uses multi-source data from buoy stations, numerical prediction model and satellites to evaluate the quality of FY-3E WindRAD wind field products with all wind speeds in multiple dimensions. The additive, multiplicative and random errors of 4 independent observation sources are analyzed by using the triple collocation (TC) method. Taking the buoys as an unbiased observation source, it can be found from the error analysis of multi-source data that the negative deviation of the additive error of FY-3E WindRAD C-band wind speed is larger, the deviation of Ku-band and dual-band wind speed is similar, the multiplicative error of C-band is the smallest, and their random errors are similar. Among the independent sources, the root mean square errors (RMSEs) of the buoys are the smallest, the two satellite products are similar and larger than those of the buoys, and the RMSEs of the model are the largest. In summary, FY-3E WindRAD can provide high-precision wind field products, but the main problem is that the consistency of products in different datasets needs to be optimized. The research results of the accuracy of satellite products based on multi-source data in this paper can provide more comprehensive and reliable information for satellite product users, and provide a basis for objective calibration methods for predicting sea surface wind field by numerical models.
