   全球气候变暖已是不争的事实,其导致极端气候事件增多、增强已成为全球性趋势。近年来全球多个区域存在旱涝并存、旱涝频发的趋势。现有研究表明,长期旱涝频发的主要原因是,全球气温升高致使水循环在时间尺度上更强的非均匀性以及人为排放气溶胶粒子增多;短期旱涝急转的主要原因是大气环流形势、暖湿气流输送异常的耦合作用。现阶段对于极端降水和干旱事件同步频发的观测、诊断和模拟较少。对于不同气候地理条件下两者之间的关系及引起区域降水强度变化的关键性因子等方面亟需深入研究。
英文摘要:
   Global warming is an indisputable fact, and the increase in extreme weather events has become a global trend.In recent years, there is a global trend towards the co-existence of droughts and floods in several regions. Existing studies suggest that the main reasons for the frequent long-term droughts and floods are the increased non-uniformity of the water cycle on time scales due to global temperature rise and the increase in anthropogenic aerosol particle emissions; the main reasons for the abrupt drought-flood alternations are the coupling effect of the atmospheric circulation situation and the anomalous transport of warm and humid air currents. At this stage there are fewer observations, diagnoses and simulations of the simultaneous frequency of extreme precipitation and drought events. There is an urgent need for in-depth research on the relationship between the two under different climatic and geographical conditions and the key factors causing regional changes in precipitation intensity.
