   利用2007—2019年青岛8个海岛站和22个岸基站的监测数据,结合欧洲中期天气预报中心第五代大气再分析资料以及2015—2019年气象部门发布的大风预警信息,统计分析了青岛沿海地区的大风特征,检验评估了大风预警发布的命中率并由此提出了实况预警参考站点的建议。分析结果表明,青岛沿海地区60.3%的大风日出现在冬春季,82.9%大风出现在海岛站,青岛环胶州湾地区全年不易受到大风的影响。造成青岛大风的环流型主要由冷高压型、低压槽型、温带气旋型和台风型组成,其中冷高压型是以冬季大风为主,低压槽型以春季大风为主,温带气旋型以春夏季大风为主。2015—2019 年青岛海岛站大风平均预警准确率为81%,沿海地区大风预警发布提前量平均为12.1 h,解除预警滞后了20.8 h。海岛站中的田横岛、长门岩、朝连岛、灵山岛以及岸基站中的胶州营海、红岛休闲渔村、罗家营、奥帆基地和大涧山可作为大风实况参考站点,用以开展青岛沿海地区大风预警服务。

   Based on observations of eight island stations and twenty-two shore-based stations from 2007 to 2019, the fifth generation ECMWF reanalysis data as well as early warning information of gale issued by meteorological department from 2015 to 2019 , characteristics of gale and its early warning service accuracy in Qingdao coastal area are carried out. The suggestion on observed sites for early warning is also issued.The results show that the 60.3% gale days appeared in the season of winter and spring,82.9% gale days occurred at island stations and there was less influence of gale on the region of Jiaozhou bay. The main gale-day circulation patterns are the cold high-pressure type,low-pressure trough type,extratropical cyclone type and typhoon type, respectively. Under the circulation of cold high pressure, low-pressure trough and extratropical cyclone types, the wind took on mainly the winter gale, spring gale and spring-summer gale, respectively. The mean early warning accuracy is 81% at island stations during the period of 2015-2019. And the mean early warning advanced period?is 12.1h and lifting early warning information lagged 20.8h, roughly. The four island stations and five shore-based stations can be listed reference sites and used for observation early warning in the field of gale services.
